Sheri at the front desk was kind, patient, and welcoming every time I came through the lobby, and the manager, Johnny, went out of her way to keep guests happy. Her warmth and professionalism really shaped the visit. I was here for a convention and felt looked after from the moment I arrived. The property was clean, comfortable, and inviting, and the gated entrance made me feel safe throughout my stay. The food was delicious, and there were thoughtful touches that made things feel special. I left refreshed and grateful. I’d highly recommend it for business, conventions, or a relaxing getaway.

I had to pull a table away from the wall just to plug in my computer, since the dark room had no outlets in an easy-to-use spot. The hotel is clearly aged, and the gate around it when you drive up makes you think about the area. This will be a one-time stay for me. I may even switch hotels for my last night instead of staying here.

The breakfast selection was enjoyable, and the front desk woman was polite and professional when I arrived late after a long travel day. The room, though, wasn’t clean. There was hair on a folded towel behind the toilet and more in the shower, which also had a dirt ring. The blanket was dirty, and when I pulled it back there were loose clothing fibers on the bed. The desk was sticky and grimy, there was no soap at the sink, and the TV didn’t work. Cleanliness is my top priority at hotels, and this room didn’t meet even that basic expectation. I travel often and usually bring cleaning supplies and sheets just in case, but rooms should be properly cleaned before guests arrive. I wouldn’t return. If you stay here, be ready to clean up yourself.

We had six rooms, and every one was clean with no issues. Check-in was quick and easy, breakfast had a good selection, and the staff we met were friendly and accommodating. I also appreciate that the property is gated. We’ll be back in the area and I’ll pick this hotel over the others nearby.
