Governor's Inn & Suites

We were short on money when I came up from Arkansas to visit my fiance, so we picked this hotel. I'm so disappointed, for real. The first room had an open, used condom, and in the next one we saw roaches. When I went to make the bed, there was black hair all over the sheets. My hair IS NOT BLACK!!!! There was absolutely no hot water. The lamps were falling off the wall, and look at that 1980 TV. It wouldn't even turn on unless you wiggled the cords, then you just crossed your fingers and hoped it worked. WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER VISITED!! 😔

I was paying way too much for a weekly room and had no privacy. They'd come right into my room while I was asleep. I was afraid for my life, so I left. There was black mold in my room, and the person next door had it on their walls too. It made me sick to my stomach, and they refused to fix anything. They stole two WiFi routers. While I was there, they were robbed for $3k. Just OMG, don't go. Run for your life!

It's okay for somebody who's homeless, I guess. The big problem is people letting their pitbulls run around without leashes. The dogs chase people, and the owners think it's hilarious. If my family members get bitten, I'll sue. Nobody ever answered at the front desk. Rooms need cleaning and stink.

The room I was moved to hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants, and it smelled and didn't feel sanitary. I'd reserved two beds but was first given one. I paid the $20 difference between rooms in cash after using my card at check-in. I asked for a refund and was told they give refunds. My traveling companion persuaded them to refund it. They supposedly returned the money to my card, but wouldn't give the cash back because I hadn't closed the door.
