My family and I enjoyed our time here, and we had no issues. The place is a little old, though I blame the Mayor for not giving businesses like this funding. They keep up the maintenance and rooms for the multiple guests who need somewhere to live or stay for business. You get what you pay for, and if you need a place to lay your head, Inland Suites is the spot. Security is approachable and watches the traffic coming and going, so there’s a sense of safety around the property.

Roaches got into my clothes and belongings even though my things weren't on the floor. I paid for a week, but couldn't sleep in the first room because of the roaches. I was moved to another room that was supposed to be better, but I couldn't sleep there the second night either. I never managed to spend even one night there and had to check out on the third day. They didn't want to refund me. I got only a partial refund, and the rest is supposed to come back, but I can't get it. That's unfair when I never slept there because of the roaches. It was a health hazard for me, and I've been itching and breaking out. I can't be around that kind of thing. They even tried to talk me into staying for the time I'd paid for, which was crazier still. A very distressing experience at the Winchester location. I should've paid attention to the reviews.

For the price, this is a nice amount of space. The studio was spacious, and I liked having a full-size refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom is large too, and while the TV is a little small, it's decent enough. I was on the ground floor, and it sounded like the person above me was playing full-court basketball for hours. I'd suggest asking for a room on one of the upper floors. If you're after peace and quiet, I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here. They rent rooms by the week or month, so there are a lot of loud and unsavory people around. Sometimes it's better to pay more and be surrounded by better clientele.

The walls were filthy, and the Winchester location is infested with roaches. Everyone I spoke to complained about the infestation. It needs to be closed, sprayed for bugs, and cleaned. Staff leave at six, even though the website says they're available 24/7. I tried for hours to reach someone about my problems and got no response, so I had to take all my luggage back to the car.
