Hotel Elite

Bed bugs, roaches, and other pests roam around here. The rooms are filthy and aren’t cleaned properly, and this is one of the nastiest hotels I’ve seen. Ownership has changed 2 or 3 times, and each group says the place is new and improved. That’s not true. I remember when a friendly couple worked there, cleaned the rooms, and checked that guests were happy before heading out for the day or evening. If management brought those two people back, they’d see a change in the rooms and more positive comments instead of negative ones. I haven’t stayed since I learned they no longer worked there, but I’d return and bring many people if they came back. As things stand, this place isn’t safe for health or in any other way. May God be with you if you stay.

My husband and I lasted 30 minutes before deciding to leave. The pictures are very deceiving, and the cheap price shouldn’t raise your hopes. The walls were stained, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months, the fridge smelled like a dead animal, and the bathroom had hair everywhere and smelled awful. It was obvious the staff had only changed the sheets. It was disgusting, and they don’t give refunds, so please don’t waste your money.

I paid for two separate rooms for three nights, but after the cleaning lady came banging on my door at 10, things got ugly. I opened it to see what was going on, and staff saw me in bed with a few females, then started harassing me over a room receipt. They yelled and threatened to call the police for no logical reason. The staff were rude and disrespectful. If I could give negative stars, I would. I’m never going back after that unnecessary drama.

The room had roaches, broken electrical outlets that felt unsafe, a TV that didn’t work, and stained, patched walls. Washcloths had been shoved into holes. The workers didn’t speak English, and they argued with me and threatened to call the police instead of issuing a refund. I can’t say enough bad things about this experience. I don’t understand how the health department lets them keep operating.
