I was charged for a room after their clerk told me it had been cancelled, and they still haven't returned my money. I didn't stay there for the two nights because they had lied about my earlier reservations. I booked a room on Expedia with another card, but the charge went to the card that was supposedly cancelled. When I checked in, a younger clerk apologized and told me I had to cancel the other two rooms myself, the ones I'd been told were cancelled and wouldn't be charged. The room wasn't very clean, either. The supervisor was rude and tried to deny what happened, even though the clerk took responsibility. I said I'd contact the Better Business Bureau, and she said good, she didn't care. The day before, I was left on hold while they talked; when I called back, nobody answered. I've been trying to get the money back for a week since returning to Louisiana, and I'm still trying.
