I asked for a non-smoking room when I checked in, but mine smelled like smokers had been in it. The AC control panel was rusty, and a cockroach was walking around like it owned the place. There was also a gap of about two inches under the door, wide enough for bugs or small rodents to come right in. At the desk, I was told I couldn’t get a refund or switch rooms because it was more than 10 minutes after check-in. They offered to have housekeeping spray fragrance the next day, which was no help since I was supposed to stay several days and had no intention of coming back. The beds were terrible, the pillows paper thin, and I could hear all the outside noise, including people fighting and swearing. There’s a gate, but it didn’t make the place feel any less sketchy. Spend a little more for somewhere better.

A good overnight stop during our cross-country drive. The room was clean, parking was easy, and the lot had a security gate. Our only complaints were the half-inch gap under the door, which let light and sound in, and the red-eye flights overhead.

We stayed, slept, and moved on. The receptionist gave me 10 minutes to inspect the room when I checked in, which should’ve been a warning. I even switched rooms, but the whole place still smelled like weed, cigarettes, and lost dreams. The rooms aren’t awful, but they’re not great either. Motel 6 can be hit or miss, and this one was rough.

After 16 hours on the road, my wife, the pets, and I had a great stay. The room was nice and looked recently renovated. The check-in process was quick, and the front desk clerk was friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. We were in a smoking room, so a little smoke smell was expected.

The rooms were really nice and a great value. The shower and mirror looked new, and I loved the makeup lighting around the vanity. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the gated area was a nice added bit of security. I’d definitely recommend it.
