Amanda was so friendly and ready to help whenever we needed her. Our room was clean and roomy, the pool was great, and breakfast was better than I'd expect from a 3-star place. We had a wonderful hockey weekend with the family, and the hotel was a great value. The only shortfall was not having enough wash soap for four people. One more thing: not all the staff are on the QR code link. Please update it so they can get online tips, since they're leaving tip cards.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating, and the room was clean and reasonably quiet. The refrigerator, microwave, and TV all worked without any trouble. A couple of minor annoyances: the sink stopper stayed shut, so I wedged a coin under it for the night, and about half the outlets had no power. I'd recommend the place and would stay again.

I got stranded in the bitter cold when my car wouldn't start after I parked at this MSP airport shuttle hotel last week. The man working there was kind, brought me water, and let me wait in the warm lobby while I charged my phone and called AAA. After a couple of hours and several unsuccessful attempts with AAA, I rented a room for the night. It was clean and warm, with hot water and tea. I hadn't eaten dinner, so the breakfast was a real treat: eggs, bacon, waffles, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Katie even offered to jump-start my car. Amanda and Katie treated me like family and went above and beyond. I'm so grateful to them and the hotel. I highly recommend this friendly, caring little hometown place.

Katie was friendly, knew her stuff, and did a lot to accommodate us. This was our second stay, and we'll keep bringing our business here. Breakfast and the jacuzzi are a couple of things we love about the hotel.
