The room was really quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. We did have to ask for toilet paper, and they even had a plastic fork when I needed one. The location is phenomenal. The morning and night staff both deserve raises. I don’t care how much they make, they aren’t paid enough for how awesome and personable they are. Highly recommend!

There was plenty of safe parking, and services nearby were easy to reach on foot. Check-in was a breeze, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet even had real eggs, not powdered ones. Best stay I’ve had at a Holiday Inn in a long time.

The hotel is well known and seems far better than its current rating suggests, but the service staff were among the worst I’ve ever encountered. Staff members came into my room several times in the early morning while I was fast asleep. When I went out to confront them and ask what they wanted, all they said was, “I’m sorry.” Any hotel employee could apparently just walk into your room while you’re sleeping.

The free breakfast is very good, and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. The hotel is right off the highway. It’s a good place, with a comfortable bed and a small bathroom that was clean and in good shape.

The family dinner here was the best I’ve ever had. There was a musician playing great music, a football game on in the restaurant, and the food was impeccable. The service was great, too. I have gluten allergies, and the staff were very accommodating, which made me really happy. I travel a lot and usually find the food disappointing, so thank you for the southwest taco salad. I haven’t eaten anything that tasty in a long time. My husband is a Diamond member, and we stay at IHG properties a lot. This hotel had a very inviting, beautifully decorated atmosphere, and all the staff were wonderful and dedicated. I had the loveliest experience here. Thank you for a lovely stay.
