We could get ready for our family event without getting in each other’s way, since the sink was separate from the bathroom with the tub and toilet. Our three-night suite had plenty of space, with a living room and kitchen area right at the entrance. The leather sofa wasn’t a pullout, but it was comfortable for sitting and watching TV, and the fridge kept our restaurant leftovers. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, omelets, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, muffins, cereal, milk and yogurt, with mixed fruit some days. The staff and maids were warm and cheerful. It felt like a happy place to stay.

The room was much nicer than we’d expected on our first stay. It was spotless and smelled fresh, and the hotel’s decor was beautiful. The one drawback was the carpeted hall on the first floor near the rooms, which looked clean but had a strong, old smell. Housekeeping was really friendly when we crossed paths coming and going. We’d stay again.

The breakfast lady is such a joy to talk to, and she made me feel welcome. I’d hurry back from working nights just to see her. The staff here are wonderful, and the rooms are beautiful; they’re remodeling them and they’re going to look amazing. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Thanks for making my weeks away from home feel nice.

Our group really liked the spacious suites. They felt very new and had all the amenities we expected, including flat-screen TVs. More than 20 couples came for a three-day meeting in September, with each staying two or three nights. Zeeshan and the front desk staff, including Sydney, were more cooperative than I’d expected. They also extended the room cutoff for a week so more of our group could book late at the agreed rate, which was a great benefit. We’ll choose this hotel again over the other options.

I’m tough to please about where my kids and I sleep, but I have no complaints. My room was very clean, and the guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Good job.
