Rodeway Inn Merce

Everything was great for the price, and the room had a refrigerator, microwave, thermostat, and TV. Most of all, we felt very safe here. My wife and I arrived late at night and were welcomed by a pleasant woman who explained everything and handed us our keys. Thank you very much.

I work for a towing company and didn’t need a room myself, but someone stranded after a crash in the area did. The other hotels were booked, and although hers was too, Barb had a room open up after a cancellation. She went out of her way to help me find places for eight people to stay and rest. Brown's Towing really appreciates your help, Barb. You’re one of the best, and I can’t recommend you enough!

The pool being closed has cost me thousands, since it’s shut every winter because it needs parts. To me, that sounds like they’re too cheap to heat it in winter. It’s a horrible way to run a business, and I think this place will be closed within a few years. The staff are top notch, which makes it suck even more. They should go to grove city and work at a properly run hotel.

I was pretty disgusted with this stay. I’ve had many nice visits here before, so it was sad to find the place so dirty and run down. There was trash around the grounds and in the room, which seemed not to have been vacuumed. It smelled odd, the tub had rust around the drain, and the towels were yellowed and the bed linens didn’t feel fresh. Breakfast is no longer offered, which surprised me. I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known. The coffee tasted off, and there were very few news channels, with no weather channel that I could see. The key card also wouldn’t open the access door nearest our room.
