Avoid this place if you’re a Marriott Bonvoy member. They charged me $180 for a $119 room and told me all discounts, including AAA and senior discounts, had been disabled. That also means you can’t book through the Bonvoy app. I was overcharged, and even the toilet paper was cheap. This outfit is greedy and not worthy of Marriott Bonvoy. As a Titanium member, this is the first time I’ve ever filed a complaint. The front desk said this has been going on for a long time, which is why I can’t use the app, and that if enough people complain, something will be done. Well, I’m doing something about it.

Lacee was so friendly and helpful when she greeted us on arrival, and the whole stay was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, and cleanliness matters most to me. They even cleaned the gym twice while I was there. I loved the gym, with all its equipment working, and enjoyed a dip in the 90 degree saltwater pool. Our room was wonderfully clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was awesome. I have nothing negative to say about any part of the stay. 10/10, I’d stay again.

The front desk manager was very kind and accommodating, and hospitality was great. The pool was nice, though it could’ve been a little warmer. The location is perfect for shopping at the outlets, but the beds felt really outdated and hard. They could use an update.

The room was nice and well kept, and check-in went fine despite being a little busy. We stopped here for the night while traveling to Michigan. It’s convenient to the interstate, with restaurants nearby, some within walking distance and others a short drive away. The outlet malls are extremely close, and you can walk there.

The staff welcomed me and were incredibly helpful from the minute I arrived. My room felt like a home away from home, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the whole hotel was spotless, one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the stay at TownePlace Suites was fantastic. Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ll definitely be back.
