A peaceful place, with spotless upkeep and professional staff. The luxury apartment has beautiful finishes and impressive amenities, and the location is unbeatable. It feels like a truly high-end living experience.

The apartments are very nice and still feel new, though work is ongoing. There’s plenty of parking and great amenities, and the staff were great to deal with. Just note that the entrance to the upper parking levels is a little tight for a full-size truck.

My husband and I were trying to find a short-term rental during an already stressful time. Asking basic questions about applying turned into a frustrating exchange with Vanisia and Jim: they kept interrupting us, talking over us, and making us feel like a nuisance. Their defensive, dismissive manner didn’t match the hospitality you’d expect from a place marketed as “luxury.” We ran into several technical problems with their DoorLoop system, which the vendor later confirmed were errors on the property’s side. Even after we shared screenshots and asked for reasonable fixes, staff insisted we pay another full $265 application fee, much higher than at other nearby communities, and wouldn’t consider fair alternatives. We withdrew because the disrespect, lack of follow-through, and unprofessionalism made it impossible to continue in good faith. We contacted the owners, the Patel Family, QHotels Management, with our concerns and a request to resolve this, but heard nothing back. Given its parking-lot setting on Veterans Memorial Boulevard, the dismissive service makes the “luxury” label feel almost absurd.

I’ve spent plenty of time around properties through my work in the short-term department, and this one really stands out. It’s clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully looked after, the sort of place people are glad to return to. It works as a vacation spot or a longer-term home, with comfort, style, and a peaceful feel. An absolutely beautiful place to visit or live. Highly recommend!
