Oscar, the manager, looked after us every day and helped with everything from the safe to a late checkout. The only small drawback was that the kitchen didn’t have many dishes. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic, and we’ll be back and recommending it to friends. Casa Colaretta is a gem if you want a safe base in Miami Beach with easy access to everything. It’s near Ocean Drive, Washington Ave restaurants, and shopping like Whole Foods and TJ Maxx. Stadiums, playgrounds, and bike rentals are close by too. Our room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the WiFi worked perfectly. Having a multi-story parking garage two minutes away is a real luxury here.

Oskar was such a thoughtful host, attentive and clearly invested in making guests feel welcome. Service was excellent, and they even arranged free parking when we asked. The room was clean, roomy, and very comfortable, just as described. The location felt central while still being quiet. We’d happily stay again.

The communication and service were great, and the price felt fair. It’s convenient for getting around on foot, by car, Uber, or local transit. I’d recommend it.

The room was especially comfortable, with a great bed that left me without the back soreness I usually get when I’m away from home. It was clean, spacious, and nicely upgraded, with a kitchen for storing food, drinks, and anything else. The location was convenient too, within walking distance of SoBe and about five minutes from our favorite place, the Clevelander. We felt welcome as soon as Alejadro at the front desk greeted us. We’d arrived well before the 3 pm check-in, and he found us a room for an early arrival. On our last day, we met the owner, who was really nice and accommodating. I think we’ve found our yearly home for Winter Music Conference.
