The hotel is only steps from the beach, and the interior feels lovely and cozy, with a nice atmosphere. Self check-in was easy and flexible, and available anytime. For this price, I think it's a good hotel. I don't understand all the bad reviews, especially complaints that the elevator is broken. That can happen anywhere and doesn't warrant a one-star rating. 😅

The location couldn't be better, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with no issues. Dany at the front desk was amazing, always friendly and checking in by phone to make sure we had what we needed. Complimentary beach towels and an umbrella were a big bonus, saving about $40 a day. The hotel felt very safe, and parking was easy: street parking next door has a four-hour limit, while overnight parking with security is a short walk away and costs $8. I liked the front porch as well. It's a nice spot to smoke and still feel safe at night. The staff were always helpful. I'd definitely recommend it and come back next time I'm in Miami.

The location was perfect, and the room was beautiful overall, with a comfortable bed. But I was put on the seventh floor and the elevator wasn't working. Nobody told me beforehand. I'm six months pregnant and had 50-pound luggage, and even though my stay was short, I struggled with the stairs every time I needed to get back to my room. The shower also flooded because it wouldn't drain, after just three minutes.

Danny at reception was professional and friendly, and his customer service was outstanding. The hotel is modern and clean, right across from the beach. Dany made my stay amazing, and the hotel and service exceeded my expectations. It's the best hotel I've stayed at.
