The calm, welcoming feel and beautiful lobby made a great impression. It's modern, elegant, and stylish, while still feeling comfortable. Everything was clean, organized, and thoughtfully arranged, and I felt at ease throughout my stay. The staff were kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived, always ready to help with a smile. Their professional, warm manner made the visit special. I had a wonderful stay and would love to return. Highly recommend for the service and lovely surroundings.

The hotel layout was confusing, half the elevators were out, and reaching my room meant taking the employee hallway and then outdoor steps. That wasn't ideal with luggage on my own. On the first day, the whole hotel lost power, shutting down food and card orders. After traveling all day, I was waiting to check in and finally get something to eat, so that was a rough start. Fresh towels and linens were another constant problem. Every day housekeeping took the used ones but didn't replace them, and I had to call the front desk twice for towels. The walls were thin enough to hear everything. The old AC vent buzzed so loudly that I had to turn it off, and the gym was tiny, really only big enough for two people at a time. The bartenders and doormen were kind and helpful, but the rest of the hospitality was awful, with rude, inattentive staff. Waitresses walked past me several times while I waited to be seated and order, then ignored me for 15 minutes. I eventually went behind the desk and got a menu myself before a bartender came over to help. Food portions were small for the high prices, and one mojito cost $35. Maybe that's the location, but I thought it was insane. It did the job for the three days I was there, but I won't book again or recommend it. The atmosphere and service just weren't good, and I think you can find somewhere better for less.

The room was hot, muggy, and small, and the furniture looked worn and a bit gimmicky despite the attractive photos. Service was uneven. Some employees were nice, but we had to argue with the front desk to get fresh towels. The breakfast situation was the worst part. At check-in, a woman took my boyfriend’s phone and posted a fake five-star review for him so we could get the complimentary breakfast. The next morning, another woman demanded proof that we’d left reviews before handing over breakfast tickets, and was very rude about it. My boyfriend had chosen the hotel because of its near-five-star rating. After our stay, we moved to another hotel because of flight delays, and it cost half as much while being much nicer. The lobby might make a cute photo, or you could stop by for a drink, but I wouldn’t stay overnight.

Nicole at the front desk really made this stay for me. She was warm, professional, and helpful every time I saw her, and always had a genuine smile. She paid close attention and went out of her way to make sure things were right. The room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the hotel had a welcoming feel. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it. I’d be happy to come back.
