My flight changed, and I arrived much earlier than expected. I’d been awake and traveling since 2:30 a.m., so I really appreciated how promptly and efficiently Francesca at the Front Desk helped me get into my room as soon as possible.

The room was lovely and very clean, right next to the beach. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist was quick and helpful while still making me feel welcome. We’ll definitely stay here again next time.

The location was convenient, the front desk staff were kind, and the room was decent for the price. But after a few days we found several roaches, along with shed skins and droppings suggesting there were more. Staff apologized but couldn’t fix it or offer compensation, so we checked out a day early and found another hotel. I wouldn’t be surprised if others had the same issue. Spend a little more for somewhere without cockroaches.

We had enough room, and everything was close by. Our TV gave us trouble, but Francesca was pleasant and very helpful. We’d stay here again!

The kitchen was well equipped, and the apartment was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly, and the location worked well, about a 300 m walk to Miami Beach. There’s also a Walgreen supermarket around 100 m away. Nice Airbnb stay.
