Strand Ocean Drive

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. We also loved the rooftop pool, ocean views, and bar. The host was thoughtful and quick to respond, which made the whole stay easy. The location was amazing, right on Ocean Blvd across from the beach, with restaurants right outside.

We found plenty of cozy cafes with different kinds of food open in the evenings, and the location was very convenient. It’s right by the sea, near Versace mansion, and not far from the Lincoln promenade. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend these apartments!

The location is great, but this place sits right above a very loud, busy nightclub. You can actually feel the bass drum through the walls. It might suit people who want to party, but we won’t be coming back. I’m disappointed nobody mentioned the noise, because we wouldn’t have booked if we’d known.

I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked for December 12, 2025, but ended up hospitalized and couldn’t travel. I tried twice to change the reservation, but the host refused. My refund request was denied on the grounds that it was supposedly “one day before,” although I was hospitalized on December 10. I contacted you on December 10, 2025, not on the reservation date, and I have screenshots and documentation to show it. I disputed the charge through Airbnb and provided medical records proving my hospitalization. I was told I’d receive a full refund, but it never came. I’m out $853 for a trip I physically couldn’t take because of a medical emergency. This showed a complete lack of compassion and poor customer service from both the host and Airbnb. I stand by my decision not to recommend using this platform.
