This condo was absolutely perfect for my long stay. The unit had so many thoughtful details, from basic kitchen essentials to laundry pods for the washer and dryer inside, and makeup remover wipes in the bathroom. The pool, jacuzzi, and gym were great. It was in exactly the location I wanted, with lots to see and do within walking distance, while still being quiet. Whenever I needed help, the host/property manager was available. I have no complaints at all.

The apartment was beautiful, fully equipped, and came with parking. It’s in a great location, and communication with the owner was easy. We had a brief bathroom problem, but it was fixed quickly. The only thing I’d change is the price. It felt a little expensive for just 6 days in May, which isn’t Miami’s best month.

John was so welcoming and gave us great tips for the area. When our flight was delayed, he accommodated our late arrival. The beautiful corner condo was clean, fully stocked, and had amazing panoramic views. It also came with a parking spot, which was handy since we rented a car. The building was clean, and we loved the heated pool and well-maintained hot tub. Great location, with pretty much everything within walking distance. It’s a quiet part of south beach, and residents want it to stay that way, with strict security, so it’s not a place for a loud evening crowd. Construction started at 8am each morning during our stay, but it didn’t bother us too much. Right next door is a convenient mini grocer market with hot Latin foods and Fresh coffee.

We loved our stay and are looking forward to coming back. The apartment was efficient and convenient, with a lovely ocean view from the balcony in the morning sun and an allocated garage parking space. It’s a great place to stay south of fifth, with beautiful Beach Park and lots of good places within walking distance.

The beach is just a short walk away, and you can easily walk to pretty much anything you might want from this great location. I’d definitely stay here again!
