Camilo, the night auditor, was personable and professional. The property was clean, and we only stayed one night. It's within walking distance of the beach and South Beach's main eateries. Parking isn't included: overnight parking at the city garage across the street costs $20, or valet is $45. The rooms are medium-sized, neither small nor large. There's a shared microwave on the first floor, an outdoor terrace on level two, and no pool on-site. It's a good value option in South Beach that won't break the bank.

Jessica at the front desk gave us helpful tips on restaurants with good food and discounts. The microwave being on the first floor was a slight inconvenience, but we had a great stay at The Cove and plan to return next year.

Our room was bright, welcoming, and recently updated, and Miami South Beach was only a two-block walk away with plenty of restaurants nearby. We got there ahead of schedule, but Jessica kept our bags while we explored and got the rooms ready for us sooner. The small hotel is tucked behind the Cafe Bastille, away from the street.

The team made us feel looked after from the minute we arrived. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional, and Jessica at the front desk deserves a special mention for her smile, upbeat manner, and patient answers to our questions. Her suggestions and help made the trip even more memorable. We were also able to enjoy South Beach while returning to a quiet place to rest. Ocean Drive and the beach are about a five-minute walk away, with shops, restaurants, and nightlife close by. Our room was clean, modern, and spacious, and the bed felt like a cloud. We had a great stay at The Cove and would happily come back.

Free coffee was a lovely way to start the day, and everyone on staff was warm and welcoming. Andreas especially went out of his way to make us feel at home. The ocean is very close, the room was clean and comfortable, and the prices felt reasonable. We had a wonderful stay.
