We arrived exhausted, and the receptionist was so friendly and took good care of us. The service was wonderful. He’ll remember us as the family Chilena. Thank you so much.

DONT EVER BOOK HERE. I called because I was trying to arrange something special for my son’s birthday, and I had a couple of questions after reading the online reviews, like any traveler might before visiting somewhere new. The person on the phone immediately asked who I was, said I sounded like a scam or a setup, and told me never to call again. I was appalled by how rude he was. I’ve been calling hotels to plan something nice for my child, and this was the first time anyone treated my questions like a scam. I’d never stay here or even consider it, and I wouldn’t advise anyone else to stay either. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely. It was disgusting. For context, I only asked two things: reviews said the air conditioners don’t always work, could he comment on that? And reviews were mixed about how friendly the front desk staff are, could he comment so I could make sure we’d have a good trip?

Being right in the heart of South Beach made it easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. The hosts were welcoming, very kind, and ready to help with a smile. Everything was spotless and well cared for. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, friendly place in Miami.

We paid 200 bucks extra for parking, and the street noise woke us two or three times during the night because the soundproofing was terrible. The owner also works at the front desk and was arrogant and no help at all. When we asked about parking, all he said was, “Do whatever you want.” Don’t get fooled by the cheap prices. The hospitality was very poor.
