We were so uncomfortable that my family ended up sleeping in the car, especially because one of us has allergies. The unit smelled of mildew, the floors were sticky, and it didn't feel properly cleaned. There were roaches in several places, including the floors, by the sink, and coming out of the walls. I sent the owner photos and videos, but they said it had been cleaned and prepared and that this was unusual, despite the evidence. They wouldn't refund us or take responsibility, and instead tried to minimize the problem. I found the experience unacceptable and will dispute the charges and share what happened on other platforms. Rent at your own risk.

I booked the wrong date and contacted them within hours to cancel. For days, they didn't answer messages or calls, and even Booking.com couldn't reach them at first. When they finally replied, it was a few days later with lame excuses. Think twice before booking, especially given the low prices and horrible ratings. Your money may be gone once you book.

I'm here now and can't get hold of anyone. The hotel's AC isn't working, and the dehumidifier is blowing hot air. Why is there no team that answers the phone? I won't book again.

Everything here feels cheap, including the rooms. They were filthy, with moldy smells, cockroaches, and dirty bedding, and the photos were misleading. Parking is a nightmare, the AC and hot water are unreliable, and the rooms feel cramped. Management is nowhere to be found. It's also more than a 25-minute walk to the beach, so the value just isn't there. Save your money and skip it.

Nice location, but there's no parking and no communication with the property. I couldn't reach anyone to ask about parking, and the hotel that supposedly offers a parking discount doesn't actually do that.
