The shuttle was smooth and excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the restaurant and its staff. Everything else was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The carpet, though, was the worst part of this older hotel, which badly needs updating. Flights mean guests arrive and leave at all hours, so there was some noise, but that’s to be expected. I’ll probably stay somewhere else next time unless they do a major remodel, including the soundproofing, doors, and carpet. At the current price, it’ll work for some people.

Elizabeth checked us in and was so helpful with finding shopping malls and places to see. She even told us about her own cruise experience, which was useful since we were going on one too. The restaurant on the 9th floor had amazing food as well. My stay was wonderful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks so much, Elizabeth, keep shining!

Elizabeth at the front desk was superb, sharing useful information and advice and giving excellent support. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout. The hotel was clean and had lots of amenities, including a useful in-room microwave. We also liked the restaurant and lounge. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of booking here in Florida.

A reasonable option if you land in the afternoon and are taking a cruise the next morning. The rooms were spacious enough, though nothing special, and there weren’t charging ports by the bed. The hotel felt a little worn overall. The airport shuttle is free. You can book a $14 ride to the port for the next morning when you check in, but Uber was cheaper for us, so we chose that. The rooftop bar had a great $5drink Happy Hour.

I’m back for my second stay, and they’ve been consistently great. The rooftop restaurant overlooks the city and serves delicious food at good prices. The happy hour serves the best times. If you’re cruising, I recommend this hotel. The airport shuttle is free, and the ride to the pier costs $15. Tell them Dove sent you.
