For Ricardo Arjona: Lo Que El Seco No Dijo Tour on April 3, 2026 at 501 First Residences, Miami Fl, I paid $89 through Ticketmaster for valet, expecting a smooth and convenient service. Instead, it was very disappointing. There was just one staff member handling valet. I had to go ask for my own car, then waited about 40 minutes for it to arrive. At that price, this is unacceptable. Valet should make things easier, not more stressful and time-consuming. The poor staffing and lack of organization suggest bad management. I don't think the service was worth what I paid, and I'm very dissatisfied. This needs to be addressed so other customers don't go through the same thing.

The building is beautiful and so conveniently placed if you want to be near everything in downtown miami. The metro rail is right there.

While I was at work way down in homestead, I got a text saying someone had used my phone number and debit card to valet here. There was a $21 charge on my account, and the plate listed IS NOT MY PLATE.
