Marianela's Airbnb had a thousand rules, was very dirty, and sits in a bad neighborhood. I wouldn't recommend the building or Marianela Airbnb. Beware!

The apartments themselves are fine, but the people running this place are a joke. Someone hit my car and took off right under one of their cameras. Signs all over say the cameras are there and actively monitored, yet they won't show me footage of who did it. It's been over 3 weeks with no call back, no returned emails, and no response. Save your money and stay somewhere else. That association fee feels like robbery.
