The room was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and both comfortable and luxurious. The amenities felt first-class. From the welcome drink at arrival to the quick, professional responses whenever we called the front desk, the service was excellent throughout. Every staff member we met was attentive, polished, and ready to help, while still making the place feel warm rather than stiff. Mr. C Hotel made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I walked in. It was an 11/10 stay, and I can't wait to return. I'd put Mr. C at the top of my hotel recommendations. Thanks for an unforgettable visit.

We spent so many hours by the heated pool, one of the best I've ever swum in. The rooms have beautiful interiors, the bathrooms are lovely, and the restaurants are bright, sunny, and amazing. Mr. C Coconut Grove gets so many details right. The staff were friendly and attentive, and after check-in I had a delicious bellini in hand. I can't wait to stay again, and I'll be thinking about the hotel until then.

After so many flight delays, the team at Mr.C turned a tough trip around. Our room was clean, and everything about the stay felt unforgettable, starting with the welcome bellini. Garcia at the front desk was an absolute doll and suggested several local restaurants that could meet my family's very specific allergy needs. I know that isn't easy. The pool staff were accommodating, and Carlos the bellman always greeted us with a smile in the lobby. I'll recommend Mr.C to everyone I know and will definitely be back!

The woodwork and design are beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff treated us like royalty. The owner invented the belini, so they welcome you with a complimentary one daily. Joseph, lex and Abel were also amazing during our pool day. It's about 25 mins to the beach, but the hotel is in the heart of great shops, coffee shops, and dining options, from Italian to sushi to steakhouse. I don't know how anyone could complain, so be careful reading anything negative.

The staff paid such close attention to making sure we enjoyed our stay. Jonathan, Camilla and Rachel were especially attentive. The food was delicious, and the care in the details made for a great experience. We'll definitely be back 😊
