Arya Residences & Suites

The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the property has a relaxed, welcoming feel. Our room was clean, comfortable, well cared for, and had nice views. Abner Mendoza, Director of Sales, was the standout. He helped us arrange a room block for our group and made the whole process seamless. He was responsive and helpful at every step, and his follow-through and attention to detail really mattered. We had a great stay at the Arya Hotel and Suites Coconut Grove and would happily come back and recommend it.

The room had a beautiful view, and the price for the length of our stay made it good value overall. We came from Houston and booked through Airbnb. Check-in was quick and smooth, even though we arrived much earlier than planned, and the staff were kind and helpful. The location is great for walking to several restaurants and the Coco Walk, so we didn’t need much transportation. The downsides were stains on the carpet and not many towels. Housekeeping also costs extra during your stay.

As a Miami local, this is easily my favorite place for a staycation, a real hidden gem in the city. I love the incredible views and spending time out on the balcony, and the amenities are fantastic. Katie is always professional and so accommodating. Highly recommend.

The area is incredible, right in the best part of the Grove. The parking garage is easy to find your way around, and there are usually easy-to-find spots. I’ve stayed in several units here and enjoyed them all. The building combines hotel rooms, rentals, and ownership, but from my perspective that works fine. I’ve found it calm and quiet.
