Jessica walked us through the showroom and was professional and really helpful in pointing out what the project offers. I loved the place. It seems like a great place to live and a good chance to start investing in South Florida real estate. As they put it, own in Brickell, connect to the world.

Office 1440 is a very nice office for Immigration law Kostiv & associate, with a professional immigration attorney.

The location is excellent, close to restaurants, a supermarket, and public transport. It's also nice for walking and seeing the island. The apartment itself was less satisfying. There weren't any cutlery or dish towels, and it was noisy, with the air conditioning making it uncomfortable to sleep. The mattresses weren't comfortable either. The building also needs better pest control because of the cockroaches.
