Brickell by Vacation District

I spent 21 months at B1st and would’ve renewed without hesitation if I weren’t moving to Philadelphia. I’ll miss the people and the building. The neighbors were mostly courteous, respectful, and conscientious, with a mix of backgrounds and mostly professionals. It’s very pet friendly, and felt like a safe, welcoming oasis in busy Brickell. The common areas were always clean or being cleaned, and the elevators, garages, and pool areas were in good shape. Management and maintenance were incredibly responsive, so you don’t feel like just a number. Jacquie and Sharon were friendly, knowledgeable managers who were always willing to help. Ignacio, the building engineer, is the best, and all the doormen and women were terrific.

We’ve had a great year at Brickell First, and it’s hard to leave. The apartments are quiet, beautiful, and well maintained, and the amenities are lovely and kept in great condition. Everyone we dealt with, from leasing and the front desk to maintenance and management, was friendly and helpful. Best building in Miami!

I’ve lived at Brickell First for over two years and renew each year, largely because of manager Yanelis Costa. She made my move easy, knew the building and surrounding area well, and answered all my questions. From the valet’s welcome to the concierge’s professionalism and great attitude, the staff have been wonderful. Mrs.Costa is an amazing person. I chose the community while looking for a two-bedroom apartment in Brickell and comparing nearby buildings. As soon as I walked in, I knew I’d found a place I could call home. The amenities are great: a 24-hour gym, a fully equipped computer room, sauna and steam room, and a pool with a jacuzzi. It feels safe and peaceful. If six stars were an option, I’d give it that. Happy to be part of the Brickell First community.

My girlfriend called to ask for photos of the one-bedroom unit, but was told there weren’t any to share. How are we supposed to know if we like it when we’re not in Miami to tour? That was rude and inconsiderate.
