I had a studio set up like an apartment, with a clean, spacious room and a really big bathroom. The kitchen had dishes, pots, and a fridge with an ice maker. I loved being able to bring my precious puppy, and I really enjoyed my stay. Medical reasons kept me from using the pool or gym this time. I’ll be back, and next visit I’ll make sure to take a dip and run a mile or two on the treadmill!

I’ve never been so glad to check out of a hotel. There was no hot water, and we weren’t the only guests with that problem. The manager was a jerk. The night shift was more helpful, but the young woman at the morning front desk was extremely rude, like the manager’s mini-me. We paid for a room and still had no parking. This place needs new training. I’ve worked in hospitality for 25 years, and this is no way to treat guests.

I enjoyed my stay, and Luis, the manager, went out of his way to help with the issues I ran into. Joseline checked us in with a smile, and all the employees were warm, welcoming, and eager to assist. There’s no complimentary breakfast, but the store sells a wide range of snacks and drinks, including an impressive selection of alcohol. The rooms felt a little dated. Around 8 a.m., housekeepers woke us by loudly arguing in Spanish in the hallway. As a diamond elite IHG member, I’d never experienced that before, and it didn’t reflect well on the property. Management may want to address it. Even with those concerns, I’d still recommend staying here.

We stayed over Christmas weekend and had a horrible experience. There was no hot water for showers. When we told the front desk, they said they’d send maintenance. The maintenance man was very nice and said he’d told management for months that the water heater needed replacing, but there was nothing he could do. The manager was unprofessional, argumentative, gave no answers, and didn’t even apologize that there was no solution to the hot water problem. There was no parking when we arrived, so we had to leave the car in the driveway or on the sides. Housekeeping was the bright spot, very nice and professional. The day staff had the same culture the manager had created, while the night shift was always welcoming and nice.
