The customer service was phenomenal, and I liked the spa, though it felt a little awkward and small. The setup is unusual because the pool is in another building from the saunas and showers. The Jacuzzi jets weren’t working very well either. The service is top-notch, but the facilities could use some upgrades.

We both really enjoyed our therapists and thought the space was very cool. The couples massage was a little unusual because we weren’t in the same room, but we were both impressed. It was somewhat pricey, though I’d definitely go again.

Dinner here is a good idea, just don't expect entertainment. The Bar is on the 25th floor of the Conrad, and the views are the reason to go.
