Four Ambassadors Apartments

I visit my cousin's apartment in the Four Ambassadors fairly often. Had dinner at the Chinese restaurant last night, and the Peking duck was the best.

The buildings are old, the rent is expensive, and the pools have been empty. They advertise the rent as including a pool and nice community areas, but they haven't had pools for almost a year.

There's a new headache every day here. The pool has been under construction since March, the elevators barely work, and the laundry machines keep breaking. Even finding an open floor to wash your clothes is a problem. Parking is awful too. If your household has two cars, good luck. Old cars that never move take up garage spaces, so you may end up paying for valet. Building employees live here and seem to get first pick of everything. The lobby gift shops and other stores are never open. It feels like a scam. And there's new security every week. Don't waste your time.

It's a convenient place to live or visit, with plenty of businesses and services close at hand. I got to see what The Art Salon Spa offers just by walking through the lobby, and had dinner at Delilah while staying at the hotel in the Four Ambassadors complex. I'd definitely recommend the location.
