The Four Seasons Residences has nothing to do with how the hotel is operated. The residences, where the condos are, have the best staff and management. They give residents impeccable attention and take great care of their needs. The hotel is tremendous!

The building is great, but be careful with individual apartment rentals. Apt 58A has a 20-year-old HVAC system that led to a major mold problem. Even after the mold cleanup, the owner never replaced the HVAC.

A lot of reviews here describe the hotel, but this listing is for the separate residential side. The service and staff there are stellar. I’m confident this condominium is run with great care for guests and residents. I travel for work to many buildings around Miami and have visited almost every major property. Nowhere else have I received such attentive care, with staff anticipating my needs on both arrival and departure. It’s a remarkable property with exceptional staff.

I had to call the police just to get my vehicle released. The staff were the most incompetent I’ve ever dealt with at a hotel. You can’t call yourself the best without proper procedures and staff who can think for themselves. Terrible experience!
