Fresh Modern With Pool Oasis

When my son developed a rash from bites, I called and was told it must have come from something else. They brushed off our concerns and made excuses instead of helping. We also had trouble when I tried to extend our stay and then cancel that same day. Their response felt made up, and it was really frustrating. There was no one there to explain things when we arrived, so I had to call just to find out where the sheets were. There were four of us, and they hadn't been set out. The place is far from the center, in a neighborhood that didn't feel ideal, and the service was awful. They answer the phone but don't show up, even when you've called because you need help. This was listed as Sun, Style & Swim Cozy Home W Pool & Parking at 256 Northwest 57th St, Miami, FL in April this year, but after bad reviews they changed the name. I wouldn't recommend going. They don't help, then tell you the answer they want.
