The included breakfast made things easier for our group, and there was something for everyone. We booked two 2 bedroom suites for 12 adults; in each suite, two couples had to use a pull-out couch. They worked for our family. This is a good option for a day or two near the airport, with a convenient free shuttle to and from Miami international airport. I'd come back if we need an overnight stay for our next Miami based cruise.

The elevators looked a little old and could use an update, but everything else was in great shape. We stayed one night after arriving for my daughter’s seventh birthday trip, and the staff made it feel special by upgrading us to a two-bedroom suite so she could have her own room. The hotel was clean and well cared for, and breakfast was really good. Parking was about eighteen dollars plus tax for the night, which seemed reasonable for the area. We had a great stay and would consider coming back.

That front desk receptionist kept asking four times when we were checking out, even though we’d just booked and checked in that day. I don’t know if he had a memory problem or what, but it did throw things off. Otherwise, Hyatt House is a great place to stay. The rooms are roomy, breakfast is free, the bar drinks are good, and there are laundry machines and plenty of home baked cookies at the desk. The airport is only .2 miles away, with a shuttle every hour. The pool and hot tub were very clean, and towels were right there poolside.

The staff are friendly, and communication with the General Manager is always good. The rooms feel like home, with a complete kitchen, and breakfast is good, especially the omelet.

The complimentary breakfast was nice, and they even had options like almond milk. We booked two rooms for a family trip of 4-5 nights. The rooms were clean and the kitchen appliances worked fine, though housekeeping was a little delayed and we had to keep following up. Nothing major to complain about, and we could stay here again.
