Luxury Four Seasons Resort Great Views

We came to get away from the cold for my boyfriend’s 40th birthday, and picking this Four Seasons was a great call. When we returned from dinner, they’d left him a lovely birthday treat and balloons. The room was great, but the pool and service were the highlights. Poolside service was wonderful, and the drinks were delicious. Yag at the poom took such good care of us for two days that we felt like family by the end. We also had the best dinner we’ve ever had at Nuna. Highly recommend eating there.

We were here for a wedding offsite and had a fantastic three-day stay. The room was exceptional and service was great. Having Equinox on site was a real plus, since we used the gym and spa often. Lots of shops and restaurants are conveniently close. We can’t wait to come back, 10/10.

The morning breakfast was excellent, and the service there was good too. Our room was clean, though a bit dated, and the bed was comfortable. Still, there was no coffee machine in the room. We had to check out early to continue our trip, and I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. It’s a shame, since we usually stay at the Four Seasons in London, and this hotel doesn’t offer that level of service. When our flight was delayed, we wanted dinner, and the front desk attendant walked us over to the hotel restaurant, whose name I can’t recall. The welcome was friendly, we got seated quickly with menus, and they told us the kitchen would close soon. But after reviewing the menu, we waited more than 15 minutes to be served and had to flag someone down. It still took another five minutes for someone to come over and take our food and drink order. The food came out very quickly after that. The sashimi was okay, the sushi was tasteless, and the dumplings were overcooked and burnt. Nobody checked on us, so we got the bill and went back to our room. On arrival, the valet and front desk staff had been friendly and professional, and the restaurant staff were welcoming, but the dinner service was a letdown.

Nicholas is a fantastic bartender, and really friendly. The service throughout was attentive without hovering, and the whole experience felt refined yet comfortable. Tomato & Vine feels warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in, with everything thoughtfully done. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, the flavors go together perfectly, and even the simplest dishes are executed flawlessly. Every plate feels carefully prepared. It’s an absolute gem, the kind of place I’d return to again and again. Truly outstanding.
