Metro Park Hotel

The place was clean and quiet, and laundry was free. They provide service ware, trash bags, detergent, and cleaning supplies. There’s no front desk or housekeeper, though, and parking is limited. We stayed for over a month and nobody ever checked whether we needed anything.

The apartment and its kitchen utensils worked really well for me. There’s also parking, which is a big deal in Miami. I’d definitely stay there again if I come back.

From the outside and in the room, the building looked nice, but the room itself was filthy. The sofa had biting insects, and I had an allergic reaction. I’d asked specifically that nobody come into my room, yet someone entered without permission and my perfume went missing. They took a week to process my request for a refund for the rest of my stay. They never accepted responsibility for the perfume and said they couldn’t refund anything without proof. It was terrible all around. I don’t recommend this place.

We’d book again because the location, space, and comfort were all great. The only thing missing during our ten days was a quick cleaning. Apart from that, everything was perfect.
