I paid Agoda in full, but when I arrived the host wanted another $89 per day for cleaning plus a $150 security deposit. They wouldn't let me check in when I refused these hidden charges. I was left waiting on the street for ages without any help. They kept my money without giving me a stay, so I'm seeking a refund. Strongly not recommended.

We had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing visit, and check-in was easy. My partner and I found the space clean and just as described. Its Miami location worked really well for our getaway, with restaurants and corner stores an easy walk away. We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a pleasant, convenient place.

We were comfortable the whole time, and even with parking available we ended up walking everywhere. There are loads of good coffee shops and restaurants close by. The apartment had everything we needed, with all-new furniture, and I especially loved the balcony overlooking the water 🌊. We'd absolutely come back.

Super clean and handy for everything nearby, from food to the beach and gym. Best place ever for us. We'll definitely book again, you won't regret it ♥️♥️

They really tried to make my early check-in happen, which I appreciated. The staff were accommodating and easy to deal with, and the place was spotless. Great location too. Highly recommend!
