IconBrickell now runs and manages this spa. The amenity space is shared with the W Miami hotel. Before that, it was known as and managed by the Viceroy Hotel and Resorts.

I've been calling for months to get an appointment to use a gift certificate, and nobody ever answers. I haven't even been there yet, and it's already turned into a whole ordeal. Is this supposed to be 5-star treatment? I don't think so.
