Yotel Miami

The pool deck is really cool, and our room was clean and nice. The bedding was the one odd thing, there was no sheet between you and the comforter. Our reservation was initially cancelled when my card was declined, but the front desk staff were so helpful and kind. They rebooked us at the original rate we'd paid on booking and even gave us two extra welcome drinks for free. A really nice stay.

I stayed one night as part of my cruce trip. The room was excellent and very modern, and I could figure out the lights. It had the basic amenities, and I especially liked the shower gel. Breakfast was nice too. Definitely recommend.

The gym was my favorite part, it has top-notch equipment. We also liked how spacious our room was and how technologically advanced the hotel felt. Jennifer and Dwaine were great at check-in. My boyfriend and I stayed over Valentine’s Day weekend and really enjoyed it. I’d just suggest replacing worn-out linens, keeping the gym towels cleaner and stocked since lots of people use the gym during the day, and adding a guide for the room lights.

Miss Uva at the front desk quickly moved us to a higher floor when I asked, and she was very professional. Check-in itself was seamless, and our bartender was lovely. We came for Valentine’s Day and found the hotel unique, with really nice rooms and a top-tier gym. The pool stayed open until 9 p.m. on the weekend, which was a treat. I’ll be back.
