The people staying there were chill enough, but the animals in the hotel made the hallway smell like dog urine. The rooms we saw were both dirty, with broken appliances and stains on the walls, counters, and sheets. The floors and walls felt sticky, and there was food and discarded trash, including bottle caps, behind and under the bed and in the bathroom. We were surprised rats hadn't checked in first. The online photos are incredibly misleading. Neither room had a top comforter, just a sheet and thin blanket. In the first room, the door had clearly been broken into before. Its latch didn't work, and I had to shoulder the door open with or without the keycard. The human trafficking awareness poster behind the front desk didn't offer much comfort. We asked to move and got another room, but it had the same sorts of problems.

The food was delicious, and the rooms were really clean. The people who work here are so nice and do a really good job, especially the housekeeping staff.

We stayed for two weeks, and the housekeepers barely cleaned. They didn't clean the bathrooms, sweep, or mop, and management gets mad if you don't do the sweeping and mopping yourself. If you're lucky, they'll change the beds, though I've known people who had to make their own beds in their own room. Just be aware.

It's in a good spot, with the mall across the street and plenty of entertainment and places to eat nearby. The staff were friendly, but the room made a pretty meh first impression. There were stains on the wall, the floor needed mopping, and the beds were small. It mostly needs a deep clean and some light maintenance. I'm not sure where the fake reviews about food came from, since they don't serve breakfast or grab-and-go food.
