Wyndham Garden Dayton South

The food service was excellent. They even set up a luncheon buffet to get people served faster, and the breakfast buffet we'd ordered was excellent too. Zeb was a great worker and made sure we had what we needed. Service was actually excellent apart from housekeeping. They were sloppy and didn't replace the towels left on the edge of the tub. Several people from our convention complained about housekeeping.

The front desk customer service was amazing, and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean and met my expectations, the bed was comfortable, and I didn't feel like I was in a bad area, though I'm alert everywhere I go. For the price, it was definitely worth it for one night. My only complaint is that the AC didn't seem to work, and the room stayed at 80 degrees. I didn't realize until I was already asleep, then woke up drenched in sweat. Since I was leaving the next day, I didn't ask to switch rooms. I care most about cleanliness and being in a decent area when I travel, and Wyndham Garden got both right. For a short stay, I'd go here again if I'm back in the area, because I know the room will be clean.
