Stella and the whole team made our holiday party feel warm and welcoming. The staff were professional, accommodating, and genuinely kind from start to finish. The bartenders were great, the food was delicious, and the holiday decorations made the place feel cozy and festive, like a Christmas lodge. It felt special and homey. Everything being available on site made organizing easy, and the team worked with us on the budget without cutting quality. This is a fantastic hidden gem for events and getaways. It would work well year round, especially for fall or winter weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Our party was a real success, and I can’t wait to come back. I’d recommend the venue for anyone wanting a memorable event. Thanks to Stella and the entire team for such a magical, unforgettable night.

For our three-night company retreat, we needed somewhere to work for a few hours each day, but only asked about space after booking. The staff found us a spot and, without being asked, set out water, offered and replenished coffee, and kept checking that we were comfortable. After dinner in their restaurant on the final night, I bought a whole pie without a real plan for transporting it two hours home. The Lodge staff gave me double bags and plenty of ice to wrap it in for the trip. The rooms were clean and nice, with free bottled water and K-cups. The property is fantastic and has a good running and walking trail. It was a quiet place for the team to get away and work productively, and we’d book it again. The supper club is quaint and small, but we never had to wait, and the food and drinks were fantastic. Its small size is part of the charm. The nightly price was very reasonable too.

The rooms are fantastic, spacious, very comfortable, and super clean. I also like that the smart TV lets me watch whatever content I want. The food at supper the club is delicious, every dish I’ve tried has been tasty. The lodge is on a wonderful private, cozy property in a convenient location. The people working here are amazingly sweet and considerate, with 10/10 service and nothing but positivity and optimism. I have nothing but good things to say. I highly recommend this lodge and will be back!

The room was warm, clean, and lovely, just what we’d hoped for during our Thanksgiving weekend. The rest of the stay felt awkward and well below what we expected from this place. After waiting about 20 minutes, we went to the lounge and asked the employees there to check us in. We hadn’t received the pre-check-in text, so there was some confusion, but eventually they printed a paper and got us sorted the old-fashioned way. Dinner was another letdown. We arrived after the supper club had opened, early and with nobody else there, but our reservation couldn’t be found at first. They said it was fine that we were early and that the booking wasn’t showing. We ordered drinks and small plates, then started to realize the evening wasn’t going to match what we’d pictured. Our server spilled wine on us and our meal. We laughed it off because accidents happen, but we then waited longer than expected for someone to check in so we could order or ask for things. A bread plate took 20 minutes. There were strange staff conversations nearby, and we heard what sounded like a whole shelf of glass smash in the kitchen, followed by a lot of laughter. We tried to ignore it. I probably would have left it at that. It was the day after Thanksgiving, and people deserve a chance to relax and recover after the holiday. But about an hour after we’d paid and gone back to our room, someone knocked on the door to tell us we’d been charged for the wrong table’s bill. We’d paid it without questioning it because we were trying to leave the dining area. Just a strange, uncomfortable experience. We’ve accepted it as mediocre and hope this was unusual for the property. Management, if you read this, I don’t want to discuss it with you.
