The beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was great, and the hotel still looks and smells new. The pancake machine was a real highlight. It was my first stay at a Tru, just one night before heading to Canton. Only bummer was that somebody assembled the beautiful new Tornado Foosball tables backwards. I have to come back up to Baldwin Wallace next week and am looking forward to two more nights here.

It's about five miles from the rental car center at Hopkins International Airport, with tons of restaurants nearby. I'll definitely stay again. I'd read the negative reviews about staff, but found them warm and welcoming. I'm not boujie about hotels, and Tru by Hiltons hit the mark for me. They're newer, I like that there's no carpet, and the beds are comfortable. The pillows could be better.

We've come here at least once a year for the past five years for the autorama at the IX center. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast is pretty good. I had trouble sorting out my booking, but Felicia helped get everything worked out. She was a huge help, and I want to thank her!

Getting out of the cul-de-sac was the one headache. The road is busy, so just don't try to turn left and you'll be fine, lol. The rooms were very clean and nice, with a big TV and modern bathroom. Staff were nice too. They really mean it about the 24-hour coffee bar: I got coffee at 6am, 11am, 4pm, and 1am.

For what we paid for one night, breakfast was a failure. We went at 8:30 and everything was wiped out, with no sign they were refilling the hot food. The pancake machine wasn't working either. It's a super nice new hotel, and continental breakfast is listed from 6-9, but I'd suggest getting there early.
