The lobby looks great, but don't let the photos fool you. Inside, my two-bed suite was disgusting: dead bugs in the suite and critters in the cabinets, stained carpet, dingy towels, cracked floor tiles, bad lighting, broken sockets, outdated appliances, and TV channels that didn't work. There was a blood and urine stain on my sheets. It was uncomfortable even to shower. I told guest services about the bedding, but they didn't apologize, and I waited more than 30 minutes for room service to change it. I stayed four days over Labor Day weekend in Summer 2012. After I took photos and emailed corporate, the GM called and refunded just one night's stay. I don't recommend anyone stay here. Motel 6 is a better choice, at least for cable TV and clean sheets.

The pictures gave a false impression. Our room had 13 roach traps and bait in a cabinet, stained carpets, and a table with food caked onto it. The appliances were outdated, and the other room the manager offered wasn't much better. We canceled the reservation and stayed just one night because we checked in so late. I won't return or recommend this place.

This place is a joke and needs serious renovation. The room had an outdated TV, old appliances, a dirty window, peeling paint outside the hotel rooms, and lots of unused space you're paying for. I asked to switch because the room cost $149 a night and the TV looked ancient, but was told every room had the same one. The bed wasn't clean. It had been remade, and I only realized that because the previous guest had filled out the comment card left on it. Gross. The high-speed internet wasn't wireless either, it only worked by Ethernet. At least there was popcorn with the room coffee, though the sugar and napkin pack had just one stirring straw, with loose sugar and sweetener packets piled in the basket. People drink more than one cup. Not even worth two stars.

The second room was okay, but the first one, room 418, had what sounded like a million people walking and running overhead. This feels like an old apartment complex, and Wyndham should pull its logo from such a rundown place. The nice Groupon pictures are misleading, so be aware. It badly needs remodeling.

We booked two adjoining suites for a July stay, but got two suites far apart instead. The internet didn't work, and there were bugs everywhere. So gross.
