TownePlace Suites by Marriott Middleburg

The staff were very nice and professional, and the location made it easy to get around, with little traffic getting in or out and plenty of restaurants and shopping within a two-minute drive or walk. Rooms are bright and welcoming. Outside there’s seating and two gas grills, and the pool is heated. Tonight it felt like a lukewarm bath. We had car trouble as we were leaving town and needed a room for maybe one night, on a long weekend when the Daytona 500 was on and lots of people were staying in the area. It was 11 am, so my wife expected we’d have to wait for regular check-in even if there was a room. Instead, they said one had just been cleaned and we could check in right away. They also said staying more than one night wouldn’t be a problem. After the car trouble, with repairs not possible until tomorrow, that was a huge relief.

I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites Marriott. The room, bed, and linens were clean, fresh, and comfortable, and the front desk staff, including Pedro, made us feel welcome. The internet was down for our entire first night. My main concern is that the front-row EV charging stations are for Tesla vehicles only. Mercedes-Benz and GM offer very fast charging for guests who don’t own a Tesla. Thank you for a grand stay.

We enjoyed our short overnight visit at this new Marriott. Jeremy at the front desk was exceptionally nice and upgraded our room. Check-in was quick, and the lobby felt clean and welcoming. The room was huge and nicely appointed, and the beds and linens were nice too. We wanted for nothing and would happily visit again. Highly recommend.

This is a new Marriott property in a handy spot, close enough to the highway to get going but far enough away to stay quiet. They’re still working out a few bugs with the new building, but the staff are great. There’s a standard breakfast, a nice workout room, and decent dining within walking distance if you don’t feel like exploring.
