Snow threw off my plans, so I ended up staying here for over a week, but the hotel made me feel at home. Jessie on days and Jasmine at night were welcoming, patient, understanding, and always helpful. I really appreciated how professional they were, and the rest of the staff deserve thanks too. No complaints from me. Love this hotel, and I'll tell friends and family about it.

I've stayed at almost all the hotels in Middletown, and this one keeps coming out on top for me. Everything stands out, from the amenities and cleanliness to breakfast. Jassie was kind and very helpful, and Jasmine made me feel welcome too. Knowing those two will take care of any issue is enough to make me come back.

We were in town for a nearby wedding on Friday, October 10th, 2025. Breakfast came with the stay and had lots of fresh choices, plus a coffee station that grinds the beans fresh. The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were friendly whenever we came through the lobby, from check-in to check-out. I'd recommend it.

The pool was clean and a relaxing place to unwind after a long day, and breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had plenty to choose from. Our room stayed clean and comfortable throughout the visit, thanks to housekeeping. The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out both went smoothly. I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn and would come back.

Check-in and checkout were easy, and we were very pleased with our stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the pool was well maintained. Bathrooms by the pool were clean too. They supplied Dove pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body soap, and the front desk could provide any essentials we'd forgotten. Breakfast was great.
