It was my wedding night, and the room I’d booked wasn’t available. They had deleted my booking without asking, so check-in became a hassle, and the staff argued with me about it. The keys also never worked to get into the room, the pool was closed, I had to ask for blankets, and the breakfast area was shut down. The staff were extremely rude. The room was dirty enough to leave my feet black, with moldy toilets and dirt all over. It looked like nobody had vacuumed in weeks. I’d give this zero stars if I could. I hope the place improves, because something needs to be done.

For the price, we had a good stay. The staff were very nice and accommodating, and breakfast had decent choices. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were a good size, though the game room felt dated. Our room was spacious, which was nice, but very dark even with the lights on. Some parts of the hotel are outdated.

The hotel’s brick interior gives it a pretty unique look, and the room was spacious. The beds were firm but comfortable. We missed breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. Our TV remote didn’t work, but staff sent someone up right away to fix it. Great staff, and we’ll definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was surprisingly decent, and the heated pool was very warm. That was about the best of it. I’d never stay here again. Our room smelled dank, the sheets felt sandy, the mattress was very hard, and the Wi-Fi was slow. There were no rollaway beds to help fit our family of five. Outside, the building looked run down, with some windows and doors boarded up, roof leaks, and potholes in the parking lot. Inside, the decor was dated and the ice machines were broken. The staff weren’t accommodating with large groups.
