Hotel Suites Midland West

We found this hotel really convenient, with grocery stores, gas and restaurants all within walking distance. The rooms were super clean, and the staff were attentive and nice. It was the best hotel my family and I have stayed at.

I chose to sleep in my car because there were no rooms available there or anywhere else in midland/odessa. The room I was given smelled like someone was smoking in it, and when I went to the front desk for another one, the person staying directly below me came up asking for a different room too. I was told to talk to management the next morning, but nobody who could speak with me showed up, and they still haven't called to discuss options.

Housekeeping was loud in the morning while people were trying to sleep. Breakfast was cut off at 9, even though they don't provide it until 9:30, and they didn't seem to care when I asked if they could make some.

The kitchen staff kept everything spotless, and housekeeping was great too. Whenever we asked for more towels, they brought them with a good attitude. Our family of five had a comfortable, clean suite that felt like home for five days. They made our time really special, and we'd recommend the place without hesitation.
