I stay in a Midland motel nearly every week, and most places in town are close to $1,000 for five nights, from Sunday evening to Friday morning. This one met everything I needed for the week at a price I really can't complain about. It's quiet, clean, and the owners and staff were friendly from the start and handled every request well. The outside gave me second thoughts, but it was a little better than I expected and looked better than the online pictures. The rooms have stayed clean day to day. There was a strong smoke smell, which didn't bother me as a smoker. The TV, fridge, and microwave are in an odd spot, though that didn't affect my stay either way. The bed was somewhere in the middle, I've slept on much worse and better. Good budget option for a solo trip or a working man.

For the price, it was okay and I had a pleasant stay. The night clerk was nice, the room was decent, and it didn't smell bad. I wasn't fond of the shower, and the bathroom is very small. My husband also didn't like that a woman came knocking early in the morning, saying it was time for a room check.

The price had gone up by about $120, and the place looks pretty rough. The room's color scheme was unattractive, lime green with olive trim and one random canary yellow wall. It was clean, but it smelled like an ashtray. I'm allergic to smoke and wish I'd been told this was a smoking-friendly place.

We stayed a month and never saw a single bug. It's an older motel, but the staff are friendly and keep it very clean. Rooms are cleaned every day, and it's a nice, quiet place. The only drawback is there's no ice machine, so we just kept ice in our cooler.

The room was nasty, with dust everywhere, and the appliances didn't work. It looked really sketchy, and the bathroom made me feel super claustrophobic. The smoke smell got into everything, even after I lay down for just two minutes. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I'll think twice before stopping here again, and I'm never going back.
