The hallways smelled awful, like a mix of mold and curry, and the rooms were even worse. The furniture had heavy stains that looked like blood or who knows what. The sheets and covers were stained, had hair on them, and smelled horrible, as though they hadn’t been washed in ages. They moved me to another room, but it was just as bad, and they wouldn’t try a third. I ended up sleeping in my car because every other hotel nearby was full. This place needs a health department inspection. My advice is to stay away. I’ll never return.

After ten hours on the road, all I wanted was some rest, but this was the worst room we’ve ever stayed in. The lobby smelled horrible, and none of the amenities were available. Our sink and shower were broken, the bed cover was stained, and the vending machines didn’t work. The filthy AC kept turning off all night. The curtain didn’t close fully, leaving only see-through white curtains that were so dirty they looked brown. The desk chair looked like it belonged in a dumpster. We brought our own blankets and pillows, took off the top cover, and slept with our things instead.

I’ve stayed at plenty of RRIs, and this one was much better than most. The staff were friendly, there was no cigarette smell, and the room was spacious without being crammed with furniture. It even had a single seater. The coffee maker, fridge, microwave, TV and thermostat-controlled AC all worked. Water pressure was okay, enough to rinse off suds. Floors and sheets looked clean, and the four pillows were fluffy. There’s no channel guide on the TV, but you can find one online. I didn’t use the gym or get breakfast because work was still underway on them, including carpet replacement. Not sure when that’ll be done.

The front desk staff were fantastic, super friendly and welcoming. The room was another story: every wall was smeared with mystery sludge, grime, food stains, handprints, and what I can only assume was booger. The bed frame was practically falling apart and squealed whenever we shifted, keeping us up all night. We’d booked ahead. The maid staff need to be fired yesterday. Stay here if all you need is somewhere to sleep and you don’t care about comfort.
